Shipping Coverage Area
Thermal Core ships Australia-wide. We work with trusted domestic suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery to metro, regional, and many remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

All deliveries will be kerbside locations only. Please note that our couriers do not deliver products to PO BOXES.

Unless otherwise arranged, our standard delivery does not include negotiating lifts or stairs, unpacking, positioning or assembling items. All deliveries made are to street level, loading dock or kerb side only.

If you need the product to be delivered inside of your premises contact us at info@thermalcore.com.au. We will advise if an assisted delivery could be arranged for you.

If your delivery is required to go up stairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and we are not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.

We do not accept return items that have been used.  

Shipping Fees:

We work hard to find the lowest shipping costs possible for every order.  

Certain large, heavy or bulky items and deliveries to offshore / rural / remote deliveries will attract higher delivery prices and delivery times will be longer, depending on the delivery location. Delivery prices and times for these items will be discussed for confirmation with the customer after an order has been placed.

Order Instructions:

Please measure and double check all product dimensions before ordering to make sure your new item will fit in your desired location.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that your order has been received and is being prepared for dispatch. If any additional details are required, our team will be in touch promptly.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, we confirm stock availability, prepare your item for shipment, and coordinate with our delivery partners. For items that are temporarily out of stock or made to order, we will contact you with updated timeframes before proceeding.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time and plan accordingly for arrival.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery timeframes are typically between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. In most cases, total delivery time falls within 4–10 business days from the date of order. Regional and remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with established national carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All deliveries made are to street level, loading dock or kerb side only. Please ensure appropriate access and assistance are available if required.

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions or high-demand periods. If your order is impacted, we will proactively notify you and provide updated delivery information.

Damaged item in transit

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos info@thermalcore.com.au and we will assist you to find an appropriate solution.
